For Mom & Dad - Required Pet Vaccinations
Vaccinations
All pets that attend Day Care, Boarding, or any other function held at Ponderosa Pet Resort are required to have the following dog vaccinations or cat vaccinations.
Dogs
Rabies, DHPP and Bordetella (Kennel Cough). Bordetella vaccinations must be given every 6 months.
Cats
Rabies and Feline Distemper Combo.

Forms
Ponderosa Pet Resort has certain rules and regulations regarding your stay with us. Please download the Terms of Service form for your records. By leaving your pet with Ponderosa, you agree to the terms set forth in the agreement.
